New Balance A/C has been my HVAC service company for 30+ years. Their services are consistently top quality and they go the extra mile in every way for their customers, looking for ways to save customer money. The service technicians are highly skilled - including in explaining clearly what the problem - and the needed fix - is. Sam Kelly, the founder and owner, has created New Balance's culture of highest quality, integrity, and "customer first", which all of his employees reflect.
I originally hired Sam and the New Balance A/C team to help do some A/C maintenance work for my small business. I was immediately impressed with their professionalism, timeliness, and kindness in explaining and resolving any issues with our A/C. When we had our air conditioning break at home, my wife gave New Balance a call and they came over the weekend after hours to help us fix the issue. The owner Sam drove hours on Saturday night to get us a part needed to fix the system and setup a temporary fix while he was away to make sure we didn't cook in the Texas summer heat. The technician was a very polite young man named Daniel who called enroute, arrived on time, and was very respectful of our property. He worked for two hours even though it was a standard annual maintenance job so as to do it correctly...it did not help that one of the units was on our roof, 4 stories up, in this texas heat. He nonetheless did the job well. very pleased with these guys.
