I worked with Cassie after my mother’s passing and she was so kind, patient and easy to work with. It is really hard to take care of such big things while grieving the loss of a loved one, but Cassie made this the best experience possible. I’m very grateful for her.

I found the Neptune Society to be surprisingly compassionate and extremely professional. They handled my mother’s final arrangements with dignity and respect.
The only issue I experienced was when I provided my mother’s urn at the time of her passing. Two weeks later, when I was called to pick up her remains, I was asked if I wanted to purchase an urn—the original urn I had already purchased during the prearrangements had been misplaced. Fortunately, they were able to locate it.
Overall, it was a very positive experience. Despite that one hiccup, I felt well cared for, and I would highly recommend the Neptune Society to others.
