Got a promt call back on my request. The caller explained all the workings of the plan in plain English. She took her time and asked several times if we had any questions We felt we understood the program completely b4 we committed. It was a nice experience
My experience began with excellent response time and service. Our initial call upon my mother’s death, was handled with the utmost professionalism and sensitivity.
The next few days did not go as well. When documents were sent to me for signature, every one was correct; but the death certificate had my mother’s name misspelled. Every other document had the name spelled correctly but the one that mattered most had a spelling that did not match the others AND was not the spelling that listed on all of the information on my mother’s Neptune Account. I thought our contact, Joana Porras, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. We moved forward because it suits our needs and alleviates the need for our family to deal with all the choices at a distressing time.
