I had been looking for a couch for a couple months before stopping by Native Citizen. We were greeted by James when we came in who showed us around the store. I can’t say enough good things about James. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and communicative throughout the entire process. I ended up buying a couch and some other items that I’m completely in love with. Will and the rest of the design team there are excellent as well. They came over, looked at my place, and within 24 hours had so many amazing suggestions. I’m a customer for life. Really great people who care.
Wow!!! The quality and customer service are top notch! I came in for a side table and now have purchased rooms full of furniture because I am so impressed with the pieces and quality. I love working with James, he is totally customer focused and very helpful, flexible, and accommodating. The delivery service is true white glove in quality and care.
