Natalie immediately comforted a client after a bad experience elsewhere, promising to work things out. She delivered with amazing tape-ins. Another client had a great experience with tape-ins, calling the hair flawless, lightweight, and real. A first closure appointment did not disappoint, with a loved sew in bob. One stylist went above and beyond, adjusting a schedule to fit a client in last minute, and was super responsive and dependable. The entire staff is sweet, professional, and welcoming. The salon is a clean and inviting space. Clients will definitely be back, with one traveling two hours to make it their official spot.
