I went yesterday and paid over $100 to do my nails and my toes and my nail polish already came off of my toes. I will never go back. I give it a 2 star because my nails came out nice. My pedi was horrible.
Jackie and Hanh were absolutely amazing! They took their time, ensuring my pedicure was perfect from start to finish. The massage was so relaxing, and the attention to detail in shaping my toenails was flawless. I never felt rushed, and the entire experience was top-notch. Highly recommend!
First time visiting this location from Florida. Lynn was amazing, she does really nice and clean work. But don't get anything on the nails while she's working on it because she will not clean it off, she'll encapsulate whatever got onto the nail and keep going. There was a technician who sat next to her talking the ENTIRE time which was very rude and annoying. They should really work on that aspect of their customer service. I'm all for embracing culture, but they shouldn't have a full blown conversation in their language while constantly looking at customers.
