I had a pedicure done last night 8/19/2026 around 6pm. I felt a stinging burning in my cuticle but didn’t think much of it as I am sensitive to some of the products they use during the process and also the technician didn’t tell me she had cut me. Afterwards, the tech was in such a rush to leave that she left as soon as she completed my service without even saying goodbye or thank you. The next day when I woke up there was a scab where the burning was. Accidents happen, but not being forthcoming about it is the real problem here. Disappointing.
During my visit to Houston, popped in to get a pedicure and my service was delightful, they offered beverages during your service. Now I get regular polish and totally forgot and scuff my paint on my toes on one foot not once but twice and my nail tech Laura was absolutely the sweetest about fixing my polish with no problem. I would definitely come back my visit to the city and request specifically for her. Laura your the best Thank you.
I had the worst experience today and I have been going to this salon for over a year now I made my appointment for 12 and they left me waiting and I made sure and got there at least 10 minutes early for them to sit me down and had me waiting for another 30 minutes on the chair without anybody coming to communicate with me on what was going on and then I finally got up and they told me that it would be another 30 minutes to an hour wait which was very unprofessional because I made my appointment specifically with the two people for a specific time,and when I asked, what could we do and the receptionist said Someone else could do because I can’t do nothing about it,...read full review
