For starters I’ve been getting my nails and toes done for over 20 years, so I know what to expect etc. I went in for a pedicure because I was in the area waiting on my son’s field trip. I showed Tammy an exact picture of what I wanted multiple times- she gave me a price and I said ok. Then we went through about 6 colors trying to achieve the pink/white French pedi picture I showed her. None of them worked and Tammy started to get frustrated with me like I was the problem. I would expect a technician could find the right colors when I’m showing them a picture of what I want. I also paid for the $45 pedi which included callus treatment yet she scrubbed my feet for 30 seconds max, and my feet are still rough. Then all of a sudden when she finally painted my French tip on and I told her to do it more like the picture she said she would need to charge even more than the $10 French charge she originally quoted me (over $80 total at this point.) One of the front desk ladies came over and gave me an attitude instead of trying to help me achieve the pic I showed them. Tammy started talking aggressively out loud to her co-workers and clearly me in another language. So I asked them to just get somebody else to take the polish off and I left with NOTHING on my toes. I was then late to pick my son up by being here for TWO hours for a failed pedicure. The second front desk lady (might have been a manager) was actually accommodating and tried to help fix the situation. But it’s safe to say I’ll never be back nor do I recommend.

I went to this salon for years until they sold it to new management and owner. They are extremely rude! I will never come here again. I had two horrible experiences and super overpriced

A man came out to assist me. His speaking voice was incredibly grating on the ears—it sounded completely fake. He went through the motions of consulting with me, but his demeanor shifted drastically from one moment to the next; the moment he turned away, his attitude changed completely, and he shot me a disdainful glance. I had come there to relax, but my experience was anything but relaxing. I simply cannot understand why the staff would be replaced by someone as rude and boorish as him.
