I am not sure if this place is permanently closed or not. I booked an appointment online paid in advance got to the place and the business looks closed no signage and phone goes straight to voice mail, save your money and find a walkin shop, online buying for physical services I see now makes no sense
Terrible customer service. Called the business line to get info and schedule an appointment. Some guy answered "hello" rudely like he couldnt be bothered with a phone call. I asked if this was a barber shop and he hung up on me. Extremely rude.
Mr. Guillory's was suggested to me by a friend. I used "theCut" application and booked two appointment times for Sunday. I received a confirmed notification and a reminder for my scheduled time slots. We showed up on time to locked doors and an empty shop. Very disappointing to say the least. A waste of gas, time, but worst of all two uncut heads. I wish I could comment on the quality of their haircuts but unfortunately we didn't receive any.
