I've been going here for 40 years. The format of the place is great you go inside and order your Lumber and pay for it and you go outside and they load it into your vehicle for you. If you're a contractor you definitely don't want amateurs digging through the piles of wood to remove all of the best material, leaving things in a big mess. Lumber degrades quickly when it's not stacked correctly and the staff knows what they're doing they will take care of you. I buy their treated wood and this is the only place I know of in Houston that has kiln-dried treated wood, number one treated. And they're treated wood is better than other places also.

I've been buying here for 30 years and another 15 before that when going with my Dad. It's nice to see them still around and giving old fashioned service that isn't available at the newer big box stores

Terrible customer service at this place, don’t use them. They all very incompetent from the manger to the employee’s. All they do is cost you money. My company will never use the place. Stay away from this company. A bunch of lazy ignorant people.

Ok this is different I sent this review this afternoon and then I got a call two hours later and there refunded my money and didn’t charge me for the delivery fee.
