Slow service, even when almost empty and $50 bucks for a mediocre wipe down makes it almost not even worth it. I get it, everyone is having labor issues and dealing with inflation, but this is getting ridiculous. Time to experiment with letting users vacuum their own vehicles and just focusing providing clean towels and materials to do your own work while lowering their price. Try this in at least a couple lines to see results . If you guys don’t change, you will disappear
I stumbled upon this Mr. Car Wash a month ago. I thought I was going to the other Kirby Mr. Car Wash, according to my GPS, and was surprised to learn there was this second location. Now, I have gone to the other location for years-and this spot won me over. I am actually back today for my second visit. When I came a month ago, it was the end of the day. One would think staff was through with their day, and would maybe just rush me through. This was NOT the case. From start to finish, the positive energy was pouring out of the staff.
