The staff is so friendly and talented, and the salon is always clean and welcoming. I got a Christmas-themed nail design, and it turned out even better than I imagined! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality service.

I understand that these places want to churn out as many people as they can for as much money as they can but good lord! I requested a color change because I had just got my nails done on Saturday but unfortunately I have to go to a funeral and didn't want to have hot pink and blue glitter nails. The person that comes up when you first walk in told me my nails were too grown out and i'd need to get a gel builder fill before they could change the color. I told him i just got them done and i didn't mind if it looked a little grown out because I would be getting them redone after the funeral but he told me they wouldn't help me otherwise, i'm in a bit of a time crunch so i said okay. The gentleman that did my nails was really nice however he didn't tell me until he was halfway through taking my polish off that the plain black french tip and fill would be $120!!! I've never spent more than $100 for a FRESH SET let alone a fill!!!! I had to let him finish the fill but after i told him i didn't want any of it anymore and asked him to just do the fill with a clear coat he seemed to stop caring about how it looked. I think he is usually probably a great tech so I won't share his name and it's not his fault this place is overpriced to hell but now i have bits of my old color under my new gel on almost every nail and i still had to pay $65 for the fill which is the price i usually pay for a fresh full gel builder set AND polish with design. Needless to say I won't be coming back however if $120 for rushed and mediocre work is your thing this place is for you!

I typically enjoy my pedicures here but any time I want pedicure and nails it's very stressful and I can't enjoy my massage. I think it a very fast peaced establishment which if you're in a rush it is good but If you'd like some relaxation you'd have to separate the services. If you get overwhelmed or overstimulated in face paced environments I wouldn't suggest this place. You have to pick your nail color and shape all while getting situated. Ask for price before nails are started! A basic acrylic set will range $60-$80 for a medium length.

After a long drive back from Thanksgiving with family this week, a mani/pedi was needed! Milano always delivers with excellent customer service and a calming ambiance. Sofia did both services for me today. She was very attentive doing an amazing job and asked me if I was ok through the experience. She made my nails beautiful for the next big event!

I recently visited Milano Heights Nail Salon, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The prices are outrageous for the quality of work they provide. I paid $105 for a set of basic Gel-X nails with red tips, compared to $80 at Milano's West University location for the same service (with black French tips) last month. The quality of work at the Heights location just wasn't there. The nail technician didn't properly prep my nails--no cuticle cutting or pushing back--which are basic steps I've experienced at other salons. The work felt rushed and subpar. Quantity doesn't mean quality, and while they might be busy, it seems like they're sacrificing attention to detail. I also wasn't aware until now that each Milano location is privately owned, which explains the inconsistency. I went last minute before a trip and was too shy to speak up, especially since I had just gotten off work and wasn't fully focused. Looking back, I regret not addressing my concerns at the time, but I think it's worth sharing now. The ambiance at the Heights location has declined since they first opened. It feels like they rely on the convenience of the area to draw customers, but the quality and experience don't justify the price. I'd rather make the longer drive to West University or try another salon nearby moving forward. I'm not seeking a refund or explanation--this is just my honest review of my experience.

THE WORST NAIL SHOP EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I posted a review last night but deleted it as the nail shop offered to fix it if I came back today. When I called today before coming as I was told, they said Brian noted for them not to correct their TERRIBLE work they did on my nails last night. They refuse to refund or correct their work. This is ridiculous, especially after spending $122 on one set of nails, THAT THEY ORIGINALLY UPCHARGED AND BLAMED ON A MISTAKE. They have awful customer service and careless nail techs. I do not recommend anyone to go there unless you want to throw away money for nails you'll remove the same day!!!! *I included a photo of last nights review*
