I went there to order the stone and bronze, but they had really hard time to have conversation with them because they cannot speak English properly and I need to translate everything to Vietnamese with my phone. The other they did really bad job on writing on bronze and they put totally wrong alphabet and bronze, and when I told them why you did that and you need to fix it with your cost they rounded my bronze and said we do not make new one. Imagining all the headaches and not to able to speak properly English.
When I ask them to refund the money back they say we keep 350 and give to rest.

My family bought a headstone here when my mother passed away with the agreement that when my father passed Midtown Monuments would engrave the date he perished. Today I went by the place of business and spoke to an older gentleman who alleged to be the owner and advised that he would not honor the contract. He went on to say that the cost of engravement would be an additional 550$.
If you want to do business with a dishonest owner who fails to honor and default on a contract this is your place.
Not worth the additional stress in a time of bereavement.

I had a headstone made by Monuments By T&T and it turned out very nice and delivered on time. Everyone loved it and I couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommend this friendly business to everyone.
