I can't attest to the emergency room experience, which is where I think the negative reviews are primarily from, but I have used NP Stockton as my primary care physician for several years. I have always had an easy, pleasant experience under her care and within the clinic's office. I'm overall healthy and don't need to go see her very often, and had even moved away at one point, but she always remembers me and what is going on with me. She has been the only one to listen to me about a chronic problem other doctors had dismissed in the past. ONLY PLACE FOR GREAT PTCompassionate. Experienced. Fun!Until I tried Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation, I thought Physical Therapy was something you did to make your insurance happy. However, the physical therapists at the Greater Heights CCC location REALLY HELP !The therapists here are experienced with a variety of PT methods and diverse health issues. I honestly don't know what people are complaining about here. My experience was the exact opposite. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, the nursing staff was super nice and caring. Dr. Tai was genuinely concerned and knowledgeable. Everyone gave me the impression of being highly competent and professional. Zero complaints. I came here because of suspected diverticulitis and it was necessary to find a place that could do advanced imaging. I called in advance to ask what sort of wait time I would be looking at since I was on the fence about going here or the hospital ER on Ella and the gentleman said about an hour and a half to two hours.
