I called yesterday at Memorial Hermann Medical Group and Antonella the scheduler picked up my call. Ms. Antonella I don't forget you because you did an excellent job to put me on the schedule with Nurse Practitioner Paulina Mensah. I needed to come to the clinic today because of my dry cough. Ms. Paulina Mensah is very nice and super friendly. She is a very caring nurse and a good listener. She talks to you like a caring sister. The best nurse that I've encountered in my entire life.
