I have been here twice and both times the wait to see the physician was 30 to 45 minutes long after being called to the back room. One of the nurses is extremely unprofessional and I’m not sure that she’s very knowledgeable either or maybe they just lack personality like someone else wrote previously . My overall experience is Worse than any other place I’ve ever been to in my 41 years

The staff at this office is very unprofes. When you call the fall rings, they pick it up and put you on hold.Immediately, they do not announce and say medical's.Associates of katie.
They also keep you on hold for a long time.. If you need a call back from anybody the nurse or anybody they never call back. I have been waiting for,2 months for a referral to be faxed over to a neurologist, because I was having some issues with stuttering. The referral has never been faxed over, and I have called the office and left several messages, and when I do call, everyone assures me that they're gonna handle it.And no one ever does.. I am also a diabetic patient, and I have been waiting on my Dextrom.device to check my blood sugars for almost two months, that has never been called in to my pharmacist. So as of now, I cannot check my blood sugars like, I need to.

Absolute terrible service. My first visit to a doctor in a long time, they were extremely close to my home so figured I'd try them.

They got my blood work wrong, missing half of it, I got no feedback on the bloodwork they did do. Called to make an appointment to get the rest, never got a call back.

Was told on my way out there would be no charge since this was a wellcare visit and I'd not seen a doctor this year. a month later I got a bill for $40 for said visit.

I sent 3-4 messages in thier online portal, no call back. Left 6-8 voice mails as no one every answers the phone, zero callbacks.

Dr. Noor was nice enough, listened, asked questions, but the staff was abysmal the moment I walked out the door and refused to follow up with me at all. Dr. Noor has to know this is going on and probably doesn't care. Seems like an insurance scam more than a doctors office, they do just enough to charge you, and then ignore you for months on end.

Went to Villiage medical, EVERYTHING I asked the doctor was quickly handled, all blood work was done, prescriptions sent and Prior Auth managed OVER THE WEEKEND! I went in on friday, and Monday was able to pick up my meds.

Don't waste your time with this office, they absolutely do not care about you after they bill your insurance.

The office staff at MAK is HORRIBLE. I have great faith in Dr. Noor but the staff is absolutely terrible. The office manager never returns a phone calls, the nurse line never answers and at times has taken over one week to call back. The staffing is bad. I understand about being short staffed but what I don’t understand is the lack of care and the down right avoidances by the entire team. The lack of coaching and accountability is evident starting with the office manager down to the reception desk.
You have the potential to be great and yet you thrive in being mediocre.

The staff at this office never answer the phone this is the second time I've had issues with scheduling the first time was due to a follow up and I never got a call back I had to go to a different doctor due to this. And today I've called several times with no answer. And when I did they just transferred me to the front office which resulted in no one answering. The customer service here is poor.

Best doctors and professional management. Highly recommend!

Every visit, phone call and interaction with everyone at MAK is always a pleasure. My PCP Chandiwal is the best doctor I have ever had; his knowledge, bedside manner and kindness create a healing and hopeful environment.

This medical facility had been having some communications problems among their staff, causing frustrating delays and failed responses to request. However, they have recently added a new program, where one individual, her name is Eva, is assigned a set of patients and she proactively contacts all of the patients to offer her help should they require assistance. Her performance has been stellar ever since and her responses are quick and thoroughly followed up on. Kudos to the new process!

I met Dr. Moosavi at the hospital and decided that he was the doctor for me. After making my choice, I read the reviews whcih was the direct opposite of how I felt. So happy the I followed my first mind. The staff is conscientous and really on top of it, My wait has not been extremely long and they hear my requests. Thanks!!!!

This office is doing fraud, supervisor was no help solving any problem and had a nasty attitude! I was never seen in this office and never seen a doctor from this office and got a bill..... I wouldn't recommend anybody here.
