I have been to this location several time over the years for myself and my family. I took my mother in today for x rays.
Everyone was very friendly and efficient. There were 2 families before us and we were seen 20 or so minutes after getting all the paperwork complete.
They were patient with her explaining what happened and me filling in the missing information. The nurse and PA were super thorough with my Mom and I.
We get her x ray done and got a call back a few hours later with results. PA stayed on the phone until all my questions were answered. They have been an answer to prayer.

Very cordial staff, from the front desk to care. They listened to my issue and reacted with urgency and an excellence of professionalism I had not expected from an urgent care facility. I wasn't treated like just another walk-in or like someone they had to deal with just to get through the day.
Put simply, I would definitely recommend if you need an urgent care stop the area. 5 stars.

NP Terri Kimble was very kind during my latest visit. She was knowledgeable, professional, and showed genuine care. The entire staff was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable, and scheduling was simple.
The only area that could improve is the wait time. I waited close to an hour and a half to be seen, which was challenging since I was only one week post-op and had come in because I wasn’t getting the support I needed from my regular doctor’s office. That said, once I was taken back, the visit moved quickly and I was in and out in about 30 minutes.
