My husband and I visited this location for a massage, and the quality was average—definitely not worth the price. I would recommend choosing a local business rather than a franchise. After our appointment, they repeatedly pressured us to sign up for a membership and even scheduled another massage without our consent. They then proceeded to charge my card without my knowledge for an appointment I never booked. I had to report the charge as fraud. Their business practices feel misleading and dishonest, and I’m extremely disappointed as a customer.

The massages themselves are great, but every single time I leave, I get bombarded with offers for their annual plan. I understand it’s not the employees fault they’re just doing what they’re told but in this economy, signing up for something like that isn’t realistic for everyone. It would be nice if customers could decline once without feeling pressured over and over.

I was a customer of MANY years and only stopped going because I moved away. My regular therapist, Christopher Gonzalez, is the reason that I kept coming back for so many years. He's an excellent massage therapist and always made me feel comfortable, leaving renewed and relaxed. Could not recommend this location, or Christopher's services, any more!

The service, the place and the front desk attention is phenomenal. But the massage experience not that much. I asked for a deep tissue massage medium to firm, but the bed set up is full of blankets! The therapist maybe is skilled because she used different techniques and movements but she mainly massaged the blankets, didn’t reach my body.

Went in to get a facial with Jasmine and it was the best facial I’ve ever had. She is the sweetest, polite and very professional. She recommended the microdermabrasion for my dry skin, high frequency to help control the oils in my face and the products she used smelled incredible.Came out feeling relaxed, hydrated and great overall. Definitely will be going back and I highly recommend booking with Jasmine!!
