I adore this location! The front desk staff is always helpful and courteous. The cleanliness and sense of relaxation was excellent.Most of all, I have to shout out Mike (Michael). Mike is a fantastic massage therapist that I make special trips for. I am from San Antonio, but any reason I find to come to Houston, I ensure I am on Mike's schedule during my visit. He's that good.I highly recommend Massage Heights, but I cannot speak highly enough of the Vanderbilt location.
I have been seeing Josh for almost a year and really love coming back to him. He really makes sure that he understands your concerns and problem areas. He will spend time focusing on those areas and make you so relaxed! 10/10 recommend him! He is amazing!!
Love my therapist here but the front office staff is rude and disrespectful. They don’t want to be bothered with any customer issues beyond getting you to just leave the establishment. However, the manager has handled a few issues I had well but it’s still not an enjoyable situation.
