Super pleased with the customer service. The front desk young lady (silvia). Was very helpful, professional, sweet and had the best personalily. This is one of the reasons I will be back.
I came here a few years ago and the front desk lady was very rude and im assuming thought I could afford a massage but looked down on me and was very dimissive and careless......

VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE. I CALLED AND A WOMAN NAMED CAM OR KAM KEPT PICKING UP PHONE AND HANGING IT UP IN MY FACE. THIS WAS DONE MULTIPLE TIMES. I HAD TO CALL FROM SOMEONE ELSE'S PHONE AND THEN SHE IMMEDIATELY ANSWERED WITH A FRIENDLY GREETING. WHEN SHE FOUND OUT IT WAS ME AND I CONFRONTED HER ABOUT WHY WAS THE PHONE BEING PICKED UP AND HUNG UP SHE STATED SHE DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO HELP ME. SO THAT MEANS SHE ALREADY KNEW WHO I WAS BASED ON SEEING MY PHONE NUMBER. AND IT WAS BECAUSE I HAD BEEN CALLING MULTIPLE TIMES TO TRY TO GET AN UPDATE ON A REFUND. I booked a chemical peel and didn’t know what to expect. My esthetician was Brandi and she was amazing!!! My skin is glowing and everyone keeps complimenting me on my skin. Thank you!!!
