I started getting massages from Kim at ME Tanglewood two years ago, originally because of serious lower back pain. She worked in out of me in a few sessions. I’ve been going monthly ever since as a preventative measure, and it’s working. I’ve always had some lower back pain but now it is minimal and now, more often than not, I have none.

I come with a LOT of trapped fascia plus frozen muscles, and every single appointment with her leaves me feeling like jello. She doesn't just hit the main, big muscles everyone knows about, but also releases the tiny, not so easy to stretch muscles, and that's where you really feel the progress and relief!
