Mya is an amazing massage therapist. She is quite knowledgeable and very intuitive when it comes to helping her clients heal. I have been going to her for a number of years and I HIGHLY recommend allowing yourself to unwind as she works on you. Fantastic safe space for women, which is super important to me. To be worked on by her is a treat and I absolutely love her!
I have seen Mya several times and am so happy I found her. She helped reduce pain in my sciatic/IT band before I ran the Houston Marathon. More recently, she helped me recover very quickly from a pulled back muscle. If you are looking for someone to help you through an injury and get you back to what you love doing, she's your person!
As a massage therapist, I would highly recommend Massage by Mya, as I have received numerous massages from her - even a massage therapist needs a massage at times! She a serious professional who has developed a solid technique and is able to release the tension in my muscles every time, even in those places where I didn't realize I needed it.
