Customers appreciate the exceptional customer service, as staff are responsive and easily accommodate urgent requests. The cleaning teams are described as professional, friendly, and hardworking, paying great attention to detail. Many clients have used their services for years without issues, which shows strong staff retention and good management. Services include general housekeeping, move-in and move-out cleaning, and results such as sparkling countertops and impeccably clean floors. The company is highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable and effective cleaning services, especially for move-out cleaning, where they respond quickly and address any concerns promptly.
My first cleaning with Maid Brigade transformed my house from a disaster area to a lovely home that I would be proud to have my friends and family visit. This initial cleaning cost $100+ more than the next visits because they literally scrubbed years of dirt and debris from floor to ceiling. You get the quality that you pay for. These are environmental services professionals with industrial equipment. This is not someone's cousin from down the street who uses your own vacuum cleaner that doesn't run that great in the first place. Go with the pros. I set up repeat visits from Maid Brigade to maintain the magic.
I am generally bad at household tasks, they are a godsend at dealing with the more skill intensive parts (yes yes, I know, who doesn’t know how to clean a house? But they are a big help to me)
Maid Brigade is professional, on time and it appears they spent almost 2 hours cleaning my small one story house - they called ahead to let me know they were on their way- friendly staff - they did a great job - I’m impressed
