The massage was great but I didn’t like the overall experience. There were no showers, no robes, no feminine products. I felt like it wasn’t as lux as they have advertised themselves to be.

Massage was wonderful. I got their winter melt which is a special right now which includes a 60 min massage and hot stones and aromatherapy. I will definitely be back! One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Place was very nice! I don’t think they have a sauna, robes, or pool or anything like that, but if you just need the massage and extra add ons, this is your place! My massage therapist was Laila and she was wonderful!

I had a lymphatic drainage massage scheduled and clearly the therapist did not know how to provide that kind of massage. She asked where she should start first, did not incorporate any lymphatic drainage tools/techniques and demonstrated an extremely light touch with no pressure. When I asked to switch to a Swedish instead, she just randomly pressed down on my body over the sheet and blanket. When I asked if it was a Swedish massage, she simply replied “yep”. I’ve had many massages and have even been here once before and had a good experience but the experience I had today was not good at all. I do not plan to return and would not recommend this place. Very disappointed.

I took a trip to Alola de Spa during a day trip for my birthday. My friend and I do not live in Houston, but it wasn’t hard to find. The parking lot is small, but it’s not a busy place. The parking was free and I received text messages before our scheduled appointment. Booking the massage appointment was a breeze… or so I thought. Don’t worry it was just user error. I called in and with a prompt answer, they answered my questions and got me squared away. The atmosphere inside the spa was very relaxing. We were offered something to drink and snacks were available as well. The ladies who did our massages, Stella and Laila, did a fantastic job. Asking throughout if we were comfortable, flexible with the pressure and detail oriented. It was a well needed escape. I would recommend it 5x over. The price was very reasonable for 2 people. It was just us 2 so we booked a couple’s massage per Alola’s instructions. We got the deep tissue with hot stones and it was amazing. When in Houston, needing a reset, they’ll be the place I go first. The response time was amazing, EVERYTHING was spotless from the entrance to the restroom. I reached out to a couple other spas in the area and got no answer. I’m glad I found them.
