1st time I went the service was fairly quick. 2nd time I waited 30 minutes & finally left. Since this is a walk in only shop, there could be a long wait depending on when you go. The beauticians are all good if you don't mind the wait.

5 stars isn’t enough!!! Maria is so amazing. I love my hair!!! Everyone is so sweet and gentle. It was 3 people in front of me when I got there, I was in & out!!! My hair is so straight I love it!! Thank you Maria!!

My baby's first Straightening Service. Definitely worth the wait. The ladies and Gentkeman were patient with My 9 y/o.
I definitely recommend getting there as early as possible and pack your patience.
