My husband and I had a couples massage here not too long ago and it was the most unprofessional massage I’ve ever had. BOTH of our masseuses left at least 3 or 4 times DURING our massage to assist other customers that had come in. Masseuses also held entire conversations with each other for a lot of the session. On top of all that when I put my stuff down on their shelf, it was inexplicably wet so my clothes were gross afterwards. This was in no way a peaceful or professional experience….

I had a 1 hour massage with Apple, she was amazing. I told her my problem areas as well as sensitivities due to a recent surgery and she made sure to target those areas sufficiently while also ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. If you are looking for a great professional massage, Apple is the therapist for you! If I lived in Houston, I would definitely make a visit to Luxe a part of my routine maintenance!

Ok massage. Asked for deep tissue but wasn’t really what was expected, despite redirection and instructions to use more pressure. Very professional and clean though!

I went got my birthday and received a 90 minute Thai massage & sugar scrub for around $200 . Everyone was nice, especially Kat. While the massage was okay the sugar scrub on the table was odd. It’s not like the Korean spas where you’re in a wet area. It’s a sugar scrub on the massage table on your dry body. The facility could use a lot of TLC. It made me uncomfortable and slightly disgusted. Also, I’ll be honest I did get the vibe that this is a “different” type of massage place if you know what I mean 🫢 I can’t see me going back.
