I booked with Melanie and I loved her service! She was super cool and very knowledgeable about what I needed. I went for a color correction and cut which came out exactly how I pictured it. She explained every step, reassured me, and recommended different things specifically for me which was very helpful. The salon itself is very cutesy and welcoming! I had an amazing experience with Barbie! She transformed my hair to look exactly like my inspiration photo, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She truly listens to what you want. I did a warm blonde/beige dimensional balayage and she did her thang!
Not only is she incredibly talented, but her customer service is exceptional. She took the time to recommend products that would help improve the health of my hair. When I walked in, my hair felt like straw, but after just one use of the products she recommended, it felt incredibly soft and healthy.
