The worst haircut ive ever had hands down, went in with long hair I've been growing for almost two years now wanted a mid length that pushes back behind the ears instead I got a random haircut and my hair chopped off. I showed the barber 3 photos and a description of the haircut I wanted she barely looked and listened asked zero questions on it, haircut is also unfinished the back looks atrocious she maybe spent 15-20 minutes on the entire haircut, I had a sideburn that wasn't even cut on one side, she ended up slicking my hair back at the end so I couldn't even tell how she massacred my hair until I got home, though I in no way asked for a slick back of any kind which is how she cut it, for the price especially the haircut was atrocious they need barbers that actually listen and take there time, I'm livid that she cut it as short as she did and the wrong cut when I told her 3 times I wanted to keep the length. Avoid the barber Marlene at all costs if you do go. Even ended up tipping her nice but if I could get a refund on this I would they absolutely ruined my hair. And if they can't do a certain cut or don't know how then they need to speak up before they cut someone's hair off and maybe actually listen to what they customer is saying next time.
