I have been going to this Lisle location for about two years to get new strings and accessories for my daughter’s violin. The time came for her to get a new instrument and we had an amazingly pleasant shopping experience!! Cameron was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to us. My daughter picked out a bow and he came behind her and played and explained why it wasn’t a good choice for her without belittling her or making her feel overwhelmed. We were able to take a violin and two bows home for a one week trial. Definitely make an appointment with them if you are in the market for a new violin.
Rented cello for my daughter for a couple of years from Lisle. Very friendly staff. They work with you to identify a good instrument that fits the individual.They also give you the option of using your rental credit towards purchasing the rented instrument or any other. Very helpful there as well.Highly recommend..
