Ally and her team are Amazing! Truly Saturday the day before Easter my daughter aunt finds the lice. This is not the first time this has happened but hopefully will be the last! Yenny and Dee assisted my daughter and they were both amazing. I was squeezed in right before Easter hoping this will be the last time this ever have to deal with lice! IF this ever happens again I know where I am going! But for the sake of my sanity I hope I don’t need to!
Did you think it could be relaxing and a positive experience to spend the day at a lice clinic? I hadn't thought so, but it was! To be fair, most people won't spend hours here, but my daughter and I have a lot of hair, and I wound up needing to schedule our appointments at different times. I'd imagine most people could be finished in 60-90 minutes before being out the door completely lice free.

This place is the absolute best. Ally and Jake and the whole team are exceptional. They take what is an embarrassing, difficult, and potentially scarring experience and make it enjoyable. I can’t believe I would say that about a place where they remove lice…but it’s true. They truly care, are extremely detailed, provide lots of education and information and standby their work. Ally is a mom and has taught me so much about how to care for my kids’ hair and scalp and how to keep the lice away. She is a wealth of information and is never trying to sell you on stuff which I really appreciate. If you don’t need a certain treatment or product, she will tell you.
