I contacted Level Check Foundation Repair on a Saturday evening and received a response within an hour. They scheduled an inspection for the following Monday morning, and Cris Maldonado arrived right on time. He was incredibly friendly and professional while performing a thorough leveling measurement to address our concerns. He provided us with the great news that our foundation is in good shape and does not require any services. I truly appreciate his honesty and efficiency as he was in and out in under an hour and even offered a prayer for our home before leaving. I noticed a crack in our exterior stone/brick and decided to give a call to Level Check. The prompt response was welcome and an appointment was scheduled. Stephania came out and took her time and really inspected the foundation both interior and exterior. She was very patient with my grandkids running all over the place and very friendly and courteous. After the inspection she let me know that no work would be needed at this time, but to check in again in 6 months. I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you have a foundation issue or question.
We were happy with the repair, the communication from Tyrone every step of the way was helpful. We knew what to expect and any concerns we had during the process were always answered and handled professionally. Every worker was professional, their whole team was great.
