I'm not usually one to write reviews but this felt worth mentioning. Had an AC issue that needed fixing and figured it would be straightforward. The person who came out took time to actually explain what was wrong and why (which never happens in my experience). The repair itself was clean, efficient, and he made sure everything was working before he left. What got me though was how much care went into making sure I understood the warranty and what to watch for. Haven't had any issues since and the system runs quieter than it did before it broke. Great communication and quick response time. Friendly employees that clearly laid out what they are going to do to determine the cause of the problem and resolution. I appreciate their hard work that helped keep our home cool.

We needed something to work after a rough week and honestly the AC going out was just one more thing. Called Expo and they had someone come by the same day which was?? amazing?? The Technician was super patient explaining what happened with the Compressor and didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions. He fixed everything in about an hour. House cooled down fast and the Temperature feels perfect now. Honestly after how stressed we were this was such a Relief. They really made a hard day easier and we're grateful for that. Would recommend them if you need HVAC help.
