The girl working there right now, terrible attitude, act like the customer told her the wrong thing because she couldn’t follow a simple order of six balloons with three different colors. That has to give us an attitude, cause she made mistake

Ouch! Becareful with carts suddenly stopping! As I was walking out the doors the cart suddenly stopped hitting my shin.

I've been going to this Kroger for 20 years and I just can't believe the quality of it now. It is hardly ever clean, weekly pricing updates are wrong consistently and you don't know until you get to check out, the fresh seafood says it's open from 9-9 daily...it is typically 10:00-7:00. Anytime you ask for help, no one has an answer or responds with "this isn't my department". I choose Kroger over all stores but this location is going down.

An employee named Joshua bumped into my car and scratched it. I went up to a manager named Jesse and he told me he couldn't help me. I asked for security footage and he said there wasn't a camera pointed to where my car was. Never again. You need to fire the cart pusher

The only positive thing I have to say about this location is that it is close to home. However, Aldi is just as close and HEB is not much further. It's just easier than dealing with Shepherd/Durham.

This is not the closest location near me, so it was my first visit for a pickup order. My experience with Kroger pickup has not always been favorable. However, I must say, Monique has changed my opinion. Good customer service is difficult to find these days, but she went above and beyond, which exceeded my expectations! She was kind, thoughtful with regards to substitutions and packing groceries. Thanks again Monique, they need more people like you!!

I like this Kroger, however it is severely understaffed. Never have more than two checkouts open and rarely have more than one employee bagging. I dont like having to use self-checkout with many items. Also alot of homeless people and crackheads hanging out in the front of the store by the shopping carts. Still beats the sshow that is the Heights HEB

This Kroger's is suffering in my opinion. I don't frequent as much as I used to simply because of the service. But I'm going to just talk about today. Now I'm all for hiring people who are less fortunate for one reason or another, I deem it commendable. Very nice thing to do, but train them. My issue is with the bagging. Omgoodness, it was horrible. Can goods thrown together with frozen, my frozen items were totally crushed from cans being thrown on them. Ice cream lid was half off and ice cream leaked all over items due to improper bagging. Just no order at all. Train folks properly to do their job. Bagging is essential.

This location treats its customers like they're in a reform school or prison. They really need to clean house. Their coffee was past the date, and as I searched farther back on the shelf there were some that expired in 2022! It's now April 2023. If the clerk that stocks the coffee does that to one brand, he's doing it to every bag of coffee. Well, before closing time, they stop allowing people in the store. I can easily pick up a few essential items in 5 to 10 minutes. If they close at 11 that means they should close at 11. Not 1045. Also 30 minutes before they close they start reminding you every five minutes that the computers will shut down and when will not be able to check out his groceries if they are not brought up to the front immediately. I believe the customer service should be just as good in one location as another.
