This is about the shopping center that this family owns. It's absolutely filthy all of the time. Trash accumulated everywhere. No one cleans up anything. It's disgusting. At one point they had a homeless encampment on the front lawn which is now moved to the bus stop on the sidewalk. It's surprising that they have no pride when their jewelry store sits amidst the garbage.

The people who work here a rude , if you aren't of their nationality/race they simply do not care to assist you and are EXTREMELY RUDE. Absolutely horrible customer service. I have gone here several times in the past as well as family buying gold jewelry from here. After this last experience being treated with absolute disrespect I will never recommend this place. Same item I purchased keeps breaking and they fixed it WRONG. Do not go here gold is cheaply made not worth the price at all.

I am giving this place two stars because they have a different style than many other places on Hilcroft for gold shipping but the service is pretty poor. Pricing is ok. Quality is comparable but will not go back because the service was so atrocious. If you want to be treated poorly, by all means, this is the shop for you. They will blame you for having to wait and take no responsibility for the situation. They helped people who walked in after us after we had been waiting an hour. The servers are slow and will discourage you from trying on the pieces you like, then also blame you for trying them on and taking longer to shop and then move on to helping someone else in the middle of shopping for an item. Very frustrating and annoying.

This is Daylight robbery shop, don’t know how to explain but never had this kind of experience even in India. they are cheating like anything, no fix price for anything, price decided based on customer, $20 thing they are selling $100, they are charging 5times more than real price and even you can’t return also. So going this shop was bigMistake.

People be aware of dis place dont trust dis owner and worker here.i buy two earrings men nd women by order . Firstly women earing 400/500$ we said .and men earring pure gold both ordr. We paid cash320$ she did nt make ordr 3/4 weeks we waited. Thn she make it and ask us to pick up. Bt due to sharad time nd al we didnt pick up. We went dhanteras to pick .she make women earring 980$ without our permission and said its 9.8gram . Thn the men earring she make 14+18 karat instead of pure gold we said. And she lie to us and took our money and nt gv receipt at dat time.. we check wth 3jeweller outside .instead of 9.8gram it was just 7.8gram and men earring was just worth 60$ she took frm us 320$ fr dat and gv us fake stuffs .we already cmplaint with BBB and nw we gona take them to small court and makesure to get them what they deserve. People go to other jeweller bt not dis lady place she big time thief .she lie u on face after taking ur money .i pray god the $$ she took frm me god make her replace 100times and she become bankrupt .. I am extremely happy by the service and the way we were treated by Usha Ben, she is very helpful, calm and polite. She also didn’t charge a single penny for repairing by broken bracelet. I literally compared price for 1 oz gold bar, it was cheapest at kirti jewelers amongst whole of Houston. The variety and design of jewelry is incomparable. They also have dedicated session for South Indian style and North Indian style design jewelry.I highly recommend it for gold and silver bars.
