I paid the extra one dollar to \\\"smooth out the key\\\" or whatever the option was. I thought this was nice because this is an automated cut with no person inside the machine (that I know of) and I wanted the key to work well. I was immediately suspicious because the last quarter length of the new keys were incredibly smooth, aka had no teeth compared to my original key. Figured they were duds, but decided to just go home and try them out before calling customer support. To my surprise they fit and turn in my door even better than my og key! I'm still kinda in shock but it was worth the money and though not a 100% copy of my key, it works even better!! Will definitely come back around to the vending machine if I need another key cut. ?
