OMG!!! they were such a blessing to me. I had just come out of service that Sunday. My key slipped out of my hand went down a drain, and that was the beginning of what I thought was an overwhelming moment. They were patient with me and found my key. They came in such a timely manner to my rescue.
We lost the key to an old Lexus which was sitting for a couple months and the battery died. I called AAA and they sent this kind mobile locksmith. As a premium member, AAA covered well over $100 and the cost for my new key was only $75 total. I did not have to call around, so I’m not sure what other places charge here, but I was content with that price, they arrived promptly and were very nice. AAA had said I would need to call back after getting the key made to have one of their technicians come jumpstart the vehicle, but the locksmith had a hand held jumper and got the car running for me. It was an excellent experience. I needed to reprogram a key. I was given a fair estimate over the phone with the assurance that payment was conditional on successful reprogramming. I made an appointment and showed up. Everything worked out fine, thankfully. These are good, honest folks running a family business. They service AAA calls are BBB accredited.
