Keratin by Andre & Studio

This was my second time coming here. The first time, she was about 10 minutes late, but I overlooked it because I liked my results, even though they only lasted about two months (I came in October 2025 and returned in March 2026).

This time, however, the experience was very frustrating. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, which should have worked perfectly with my schedule, as I had another appointment in the same building at 11:00 AM. I even communicated with her beforehand and again upon arrival, and I tried calling—no response.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

My friends and I paid for a keratin treatment that was promised to last 6 months to 1 year — but after only 3 days our hair looked exactly the same. When we went back, the stylist refused to fix it unless we paid $100 more and was extremely rude, telling us to “go to court” if we didn’t like it.

Terrible service. Avoid this place!
