A few days before my appointment, the salon called to let me know that my stylist was not available. She recommended that I see Journey for my color.
It was the best advise I could have received. I explained what I was looking for in color and she nailed it! My color is dimensional just as I had requested. She has a very light touch , with a keen eye for color. She also dusted ( trimmed) the ends of my hair to even things up and suggested ( upon my request) hair products to keep my hair and it’s color looking it’s best. Finding a stylist like Journey is a treasure, and just to make sure she doesn’t get booked up, I made my next TWO appointments in advance.

Highly recommend going to see Serena at Kaleido! I moved from Houston to DFW 3 years ago and I still make the journey back to Serena every few months because I don’t trust anyone else with my hair! She works with my busy schedule, helped me achieve a lived in balayage look that allows more time between appointments while still getting compliments on how good my hair looks 2 months after my appointment, and consistently helps me ensure I am getting exactly what I am wanting out of my appointments. 1000/10 recommend going to see Serena
