This is my first time ever leaving a review cause of how bad Juanita did. I Told her to only cut 2 inches off my hair and she went ahead and cut five. My hair is really curly so with shrinkage it makes it worse. She tried to make an excuse that it was damaged but my hair was down to back and now it’s up to my shoulders. Do not go to her.

I am completely and utterly UPSET! I can’t get over how bad my haircut is 😭 my hair was so dry and was in need of a trim to get maybe an inch or 2 off I wish I had pictures of my before but I cannot begin to explain how trash this is !

I ALWAYS look at the reviews before going anywhere except since I was in a rush this time I didn’t have time to look at the reviews on this salon. I’m so glad I didn’t ask her to layer my hair along with a blow out. This was the worst experience at this salon or whatever it is. I wanna start off by mentioning I’m deaf on my left ear. I mentioned this to “Juanita” when i was trying to explain to her that I wanted a blow out.
She apparently didnt understand my Spanish so she had someone “translate” for me. After she took me to the back where she washed my hair. Which she aggressively did and got water and soap all in my...read full review
