Exceptional experience. The personal touch matters and it shows in everything they do. I knew that everyone there cared about our loss and making the experience personal and special for our family and friends. I cannot recommend Generations more highly. They did everything they could to make things as easy and seamless as possible, and I was so glad that it didn’t feel corporate or cookie cutter but instead was unique and comforting.
Joe Earthman of Joseph Eartham Generations was godsent during a most difficult time in our lives-the passing of my mother and then of my father-in-law. Their professionalism and warmth were very comforting; they took the time to listen to the stories of our respective parent’s lives, guided us through the funeral rites and ceremony processes, and had immediate and helpful answers to all of our questions and requests. Joe also provided us with some very valuable prayer cards that we were able to share with attendees, and with those family members abroad who couldn’t attend. My father chose Earthman for my mother's cremation handling after our church recommended them. From start to finish, Debbie was an incredibly kind, patient, and caring contact for me and my family, and I am so appreciative of how smoothly the process went in the middle of such a tough time. She personally delivered my mom's ashes just shortly after receiving them, and made such a wonderful, sweet moment for us out of something tragic. We hope not to have any deaths in the family again soon, but I will always keep Earthman, and Debbie Ross, in mind for our future needs.
