After being told by multiple friends to go to John for a massage, I finally went . Let me tell you, it was amazing ! He was waiting for me inside the door to discuss what I needed work on/why which was great. I am active duty in the US Army so I work out and run twice a day. I do personal physical therapy but John was hitting pressure points I didn’t know I needed to be massaged. I was put into a trance. He was extremely nice and accommodating. Lighting was perfect , relaxation music was perfect, and he also asked if I wanted the heated table or not . John Aaron is an extremely skilled massage therapist. He quickly identifies the pain points and uses the pressure most comfortable for YOU to help relieve the pain. I was comfortable with him right off the bat and I look forward to working with him on fitness and nutrition as well.
I've gotten massages from a few different places and no one does it as well as John. His office is quiet and relaxing, making me feel at peace the moment I walk in. He's very friendly and ensures he addresses any issues you're experiencing. The massage room has a comfortable, heated table with gentle ambient lighting and music. Once finished, John informs me of any unusually tight muscles and provides helpful stretches to address them. He even noticed my spine had no curvature - something which my physical therapist did not catch. Luckily I was able to address this and get it fixed before it became a larger issue.
