From the moment we arrived, Joe took the time to take our E-mail, cell #'s, address, and Insurance information, before we left them our Fleetwood 35K Motorhome, and 14' towing Cargo trailer, in their capable , experienced, hands. We rented a car , stayed in hotels for the next few weeks, visited Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Waco, Austin, etc.
Joe communicated 100% on pricing, and time lines, before starting the work, and getting our ok first.
I had Joe repair one of our rv’s , It needed a slide out floor repair and an awning replaced and had a few other things checked while it was being serviced. Joe was very knowledgeable and explained what and why. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He was very quick and communicative. While we were dropping off the rv it sheared a pin on one of the jacks and he even fixed it for me no charge. Thanks Joe

We had maintenance performed on our generator while it was in storage but it would stop running when we tried to use it. We were leaving the next day and were in a bind when the person that did the maintenance would not answer the phone, email or text. We called around and found Joe. He was very helpful and guided me through the steps he follows for troubleshooting. He even called a couple times to check on me. I was able to get the generator running following his directions which felt good since I’m not mechanically inclined. I’m sure more repairs in my future and I will definitely going to Joe.
