Dr. Pham and Alex took their time to explain and answer my questions. They were very gentle with my nervous girl and did not make her feel defensive. Receptionist was very friendly and attentive with everyone waiting. Highly recommend!
I brought my poodle mix to the clinic. I originally made an appointment with Dr. Melcher but she wasn’t available. We saw Dr Peralta. I was nervous because my dog suffers from anxious behavior especially with males. My experience today could not have been more perfect. Dr. Peralta was kind, he took a very slow approach with Penny to help her warm up to him. He listened to my concerns and gave really good feedback. I’m very comfortable with the care plan that was thoughtfully developed for Penny.

Twice I have brought cats to Jersey Village Animal Hospital when I needed a second opinion and both times I have received excellent service. The staff is so friendly and the care is on point. Price is reasonable and they don't try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff you don't need (like some other local vets). We will definitely be returning!
