Like most reviewers, Jen is definitely challenging to get a hold of, but once getting an appointment in, it's pretty much smooth sailing from there. Yes, I have ran into many obstacles getting in between appointments, but lesson learned, schedule before you leave with her. It's easier to establish a future appointment and cancel/ reschedule later than trying to get in touch with her for an appointment. Trust me, I know. Jen is usually accommodating towards all scheduling needs, however weekends appointments are usually booked up.
