Jen has been doing my hair exclusively for 9 years. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my balayage. She will always set expectations with you and you can trust you will look amazing. She’s also the sweetest human. 10/10

Like most reviewers, Jen is definitely challenging to get a hold of, but once getting an appointment in, it's pretty much smooth sailing from there. Yes, I have ran into many obstacles getting in between appointments, but lesson learned, schedule before you leave with her. It's easier to establish a future appointment and cancel/ reschedule later than trying to get in touch with her for an appointment. Trust me, I know. Jen is usually accommodating towards all scheduling needs, however weekends appointments are usually booked up. I moved to Houston earlier this year and was worried about finding a place to get my balayage done after moving from NYC. Jen is amazing and she treats you like her friend - I look forward to my appointments with her and super grateful for the free toning session after my balayage. She cares a lot about her clients and is amazing at what she does.
