Firstly I would like to say making an appointment in person was very refreshing! I have never been to this salon before and was a bit hesitant until I saw photos of woman of many different ethnic groups with different hair textures on the wall. The day of my appointment Charles gave me a very good wash and condition and steam treatment to get ready for my silk press This was a very professional service and his blow drying technique was top tier!!! I had an amazing experience at JCPenney Salon! I came in for a silk press and was pretty nervous because I have 4C hair that I had neglected for a while — it was dry and damaged. Aubrey, my stylist, was absolutely incredible! She was so professional, patient, and friendly. She took her time, made me feel comfortable, and gave me great tips on how to better care for my hair moving forward. After the silk press, my hair was so clean, healthy, and bouncy! I couldn’t believe how good it looked and felt. 10/10 experience — I’ll definitely be back!
