I want to thank Miriam for helping me today. Miriam went above and beyond to rectify my experience today. I scheduled an appointment online with a stylist, Aby, at Meyerland JcPenny salon. Aby canceled my appointment without informing me. Aby stated that she did not know how to use clippers. She then asked me what I wanted to do with my hair and if I had a picture. I wore my hair in a pixie cut and wanted a simple clean-up. She asked me when was my last relaxer and did I put my color because my hair was green. Great service, Great price. I felt like I was at home, and I was educated on my hair and talked through the entire process. Charlotte was absolutely amazing and made sure I was good every steo of the way! Can't wait to come back next time I'm in town.

My stylist is Miriam. She has been doing my hair since August 2017. I come weekly, sometimes on Saturday and sometimes during the week. The salon is clean and that's one of my pet peeves when being serviced. My hair is very healthy. Miriam cares about the health of your hair. She is very knowledgeable about her profession. She will advise you on whether or not something is good for your hair. She will not put any chemicals in my hair. She is passionate about what she does. She gives a really good shampoo.
