I went here for the 1st time. I was given a voucher that would give me a check of $20 if I recommended someone. That same day I sent a couple and they said they couldn't accept the reccoemendation voucher. False advertisement.

I made an appointment for 11am, received 2 email reminders and 1 text reminder. I arrived on time and the the lady there told me she forgot to check the appointments and tax preparer would not be in until 5pm. Received a call 30 minutes later from the same lady asking if I wanted to come in at 5pm, I said no that's why I made an 11am appointment. Ended up going to a local Walmart with Jackson Hewitt and did my taxes there without any problems.
