The battery in my wife's car decided that 5 years was enough in this Houston heat, so we stopped off at the Interstate battery store. Ivy was wonderful in helping us get a replacement battery installed, she had such a wonderful positive outlook and great customer service - we will definitely be back! Thank you, Ivy!
Ivy was an excellent employee who went beyond customer service , very knowledgeable , knows how to listen and gave us the best customer service we have ever encountered in the last 5 years of doing business with them.
About three months ago, I brought a new battery for my key fob. Unfortunately, it stopped working just as I was entering the hospital. When my son couldn’t locate the original receipt, he returned to the store to purchase a new one. TheIB employee was not only courteous but he also replaced the defective battery for free, no questions asked. Thank you, Interstate Battery!
