I was so happy to have found Alonya @ Instabody Spa. I had done research before my mommy makeover and new the importance of the lymphatic massages. However, I had no idea how much they would help with my recovery and results. She is amazing, knowledgeable, and very compassionate. She went the extra mile when I was having an issue with the incision and she reached out to my doctor to get it addressed. I can’t say enough of how these massages have done for me and my recovery/healing. I highly recommend anyone and everyone who gets a mommy makeover to absolutely go to Alonya at Instabody Spa!!

Reviews
At first, I was honestly hesitant to go in so soon after my procedure, but I started going to Alonya at InstaBody literally the day after my chin lipo, and I don’t know how I would have gotten through my recovery without her. She is AMAZING!!! Not only were the lymphatic massage sessions incredibly relieving and absolutely essential for my healing, but she also gave me so much emotional support during such a vulnerable time. Every session brought relief—both physically and mentally. She truly understands how important proper aftercare after cosmetic procedures are and it shows in her knowledge, technique, and genuine care for her clients. She’s not just a massage therapist—she was my therapist too 🥹💆🏽♀️ I felt heard, supported, and truly taken care of at every single visit. I 100% recommend Alonya and InstaBody to anyone going through cosmetic recovery or looking for high-quality lymphatic massages. Aftercare matters, and she is the best at it. 💯✨
Everything! She is amazing, caring, honest, clean and most importantly professional!!! From day one she explained all my questions in a way that I left feeling more knowledgeable than my own surgeon. The ambience is just right and the location is very safe! I would definitely recommend instabody spa hands down the best!!!
