Ignacio was very prompt and attentive to every detail of my experience. He answered all of my questions, presented me with may different options, and made the entire experience WAY less painful than I thought it was going to be! He organized everything beautifully, met with the insurance adjuster, and had to deal with my over-the-top neighbors on multiple occasions…when I got a leak - he was there the next morning to cover the spot with a tarp until the following week when they redid everything.
