I tried the Step Aerobics class and really enjoyed it. The instructor, Jessica T., was fun, friendly, welcoming, and overall excellent. She broke down each sequence without music first, which was helpful since this was my first class. I am a former professional dancer and still found some of the steps challenging as the class moves fast. I got a good workout and broke a sweat, which is exactly what I wanted to do. The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. I was made to feel comfortable the moment I walked in the door. The studios are very nice, modern, spacious, and clean. I love the fact that they offer so many different types of classes. I purchased the trial package, which is a good deal if you want to explore different classes. I will definitely be going back!!
