I initially had an issue with my gel manicure not lasting, but the management reached out and offered to make things right. I came back in and had my nails redone by Kiki, and she did an absolutely amazing job! She was thorough, professional, and paid great attention to detail. The color, application, and durability have been flawless this time around. I really appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and highly recommend them!
New to Houston and just tried a new nail shop on a whim. They did not disappoint! Environment was nice and a great assortment of colors. I added a 10 min neck massage with Nancy and it was so worth it. I feel like I actually got to relax and enjoy my experience here. I will be back. Linda did my pedicure and was phenomenal.
First time experience for me. The front desk was welcoming! I was immediately taken back after checking in, then Nancy got to work! She really made me feel comfortable and was so nice when I asked her if I could change my color. Will definitely be returning for future services! :3
